Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. All other pets must be in an appropriate pet carrier.
Appointments: We see patients by appointment and do not recommend that you walk-in without an appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Emergencies must be dealt with immediately; please be understanding as your pet may someday require immediate care.
Missed & Cancelled Appointments: There is a $25.00 fee for missed or cancelled appointments without a full 24 hours notice. This charge will be assessed per pet in cases of multiple pet appointments.
Emergencies: If you think that you pet needs immediate care, call us and a Doctor or member of our staff will speak with you immediately.
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Thus, we cannot extend personal credit or bill you later. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and CareCredit
